Support Healthcare Workers

If you’re watching the national news you’re no doubt aware that increasingly medical providers are concerned about dwindling supplies of personal protective equipment, also known as PPE (masks, gloves, etc.). Let’s do what we can to make sure our care providers in Fremont County are stocked for the future in the face of increasing demand on these resources.

If you have any of these items in your home, unused and preferably in unopened packaging, please consider donating them. Please do not purchase these at the store — only donate what you already have available:

  • Nitrile gloves

  • Surgical masks of any kind

  • N95 masks of any kind

  • Safety glasses/goggles

  • Hand sanitizer

  • Gowns and Tyvek suits

Collection bins for these items are located in the breezeway between buildings at Lander United Methodist Church (262 N. 3rd St.). Bins will go out at 8 a.m. daily and will be collected at 5 p.m. We will sanitize the bins before removing them for item delivery.

If you have a large donation that you would like to make, please call Carol Smith at 307.335.5366.

If you have any questions, email or text Kristen Gunther at kristen.gunther@gmail.com or 410.458.7048.

And please share our flyer with your friends!
